Fans of horror rejoice! Universal Pictures has shifted the release date of the highly anticipated “Wolf Man” movie. Originally scheduled to scare audiences this Halloween season on October 25th, 2024, the film will now hit theatres on January 17th, 2025.

This chilling reimagining of the classic monster tale is directed by Leigh Whannell, known for his work on creepy films like Invisible Man and Upgrade. Starring Christopher Abbott alongside his Martha, Marcy, May, and Marlene co-star Julia Garner, the movie promises to be a thrilling monster mash. Plot details are scarce, but we know Abbott’s character faces a terrifying predator threatening his family.

While we wait for Wolf Man to howl at the moon, another Blumhouse horror flick has been put on hold. The Woman in the Yard, originally slated for January 10th, 2025, will be rescheduled for a later date.

This mysterious film stars BAFTA nominee Danielle Deadwyler and is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, the mind behind Black Adam and Jungle Cruise.

So, while we might have to wait a bit longer for our monster fix, there’s still plenty to scream about with Blumhouse keeping the horror pipeline flowing! Stay tuned for updates on The Woman in the Yard and get ready for a monstrously good time with Wolf Man in January. Source
