Paramount’s movie about Bob Marley, called Bob Marley: One Love, was the most-watched movie in the UK and Ireland for the second week in a row, making £2.3 million (about $3 million). After two weekends, it has earned a total of £11.3 million. The movie “Wicked Little Letters” from Studiocanal came in second place, earning £1.6 million in its debut. The movie “Migration” from Universal moved down to third place, making £1.4 million in its fourth week, with a total earning of £16.4 million so far.
Sony’s “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – To The Hashira Training” started in fourth place with £641,878. Another movie from Sony, “Madame Web,” made £602,018 in its second week, reaching a total of £3.4 million.
The National Theatre Live’s showing of the play “Vanya” featuring Andrew Scott was shown in 737 places across the UK and Ireland on February 22, making it their biggest release since starting in 2009. It made £327,444 over the weekend, taking sixth place and crossing the £1 million mark.
This Tuesday, February 27, sees the release of two special movies – “Exhibition On Screen: Painting The Modern Garden – Monet To Matisse 20” and “Hamlet” with Ian McKellen. On Thursday, February 29, “Defoe,” featuring Jermain Defoe and others, will be released by Kaleidoscope.
The big movie coming out this Friday is “Dune: Part Two” from Warner Bros., showing in over 300 places. It brings back stars from the first movie and adds new ones like Austin Butler and Florence Pugh.

Signature Entertainment is releasing an animated movie called “Combat Wombat,” and Universal is bringing out a comedy-horror called “Lisa Frankenstein.” Modern Films is releasing a highly praised documentary called “Four Daughters,” and another documentary, “Theatre Of Violence,” is coming out from Dogwoof.
Tull Stories is releasing a comedy-drama called Driving Mum, and Curzon is bringing out a drama called “Red Island,” which has been shown at many film festivals. Source
